What is Covered Under the Product Warranty:

• Vinyl Frames: Covered against blistering, peeling, flaking, rotting, or corroding under the intense East Texas sun.
• Insulated Glass Units: Covered against seal failure, moisture fogging, or dust accumulation between the panes of glass.
• Hardware & Moving Parts: Balancers, locks, latches, tandem rollers, and hinges are covered against mechanical failure and defects under normal operating conditions.

What is Covered Under Our Workmanship Warranty:

• Airtight & Waterproof Seals: Protection against drafts, air leaks, or water penetration caused by installation flashing or caulking defects.
• Structural Squareness: We guarantee your frames are installed perfectly level, plumb, and square so your windows and doors open, close, and lock smoothly without catching or dragging.
• Screws, Anchors, & Fasteners: All physical installation hardware used to secure the unit to your home’s framing.

What is Not Covered?

To maintain complete transparency with our neighbors in Tyler, Longview, and surrounding areas, our warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental glass breakage (e.g., a rogue baseball or lawnmower rock).
• Acts of God or extreme weather damage (e.g., tornadoes or severe hail).
